For very simple software repairs or immediate assistance, we offer remote assistance. This is free for small fixes after utilizing our services and included with all new computers. If not already on your computer, the client can be downloaded at the link below. 

We are the first and only shop to offer an easy fix when you are in a jam! A simple setting aggravation or glitch that takes 15 minutes or less, not including parts needed, will only be $20!

If your business needs minimal downtime, we will come to your location and repair the problem on site. Elite PC strives for minimal interruption in your workplace, and we will ensure the solution meets your satisfaction. 

In home service offers friendly, personal support. We will gladly come to your home and perform required work to ensure your computer functions as you expect it to. We can come do simple tune-ups, upgrades, and even replacements and data transfers. We will be happy to explain what we are doing as we work, as well! 

Some jobs require additional resources, and in some instances having a technician on-site can disrupt business. Elite PC offers in-shop repair for these cases. We can come to your location to pick up the system or you can drop it off at our storefront, and work on it in our shop. When work is complete, you will be notified. Then you can pickup or the system will be returned and set up for you to ensure you are satisfied. 

From in-home carrier provided modems to business class managed routers, Elite PC can help identify and resolve problems, bottlenecks, and any other network issue.
